Error description

• Increased storage growth in SP230 KEY7 within the QM address
  space
  when an application makes many EXECUTE IMMEDIATE calls under the
  same
  thread. This can cause an ABEND S0C3.
  

Local fix

• turn off monitoring for workloads that issue many EXECUTE
  IMMEDIATEs
  within the same thread
