APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The GLOBAL include/exclude function is not handling the
  filtering correctly for those IDs that can be UNICODE.
  The SMF data from a V8 system with UNICODE enabled.
  

Local fix

• A workaround is available for this issue.  If you specif the
  AUTHID within the subcommand level the results will be correct
