Error description

• PROCs that use substitution variables to EXPORT or IMPORT
  queries fail when substituted variables are lost (their
  value is blanks) or the execution of the PROC results in an
  ABENDS0C4 ABEND0C4 in CSECT DSQDIMPI of load module DSQQMF.

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  The length of data that was written to the DXECPR control
  block exceeded the amount of storage allocated for that
  control block.  Substitution variables written to storage
  not owned by DXECPR were either lost or caused an ABENDS0C4.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code has been amended to allocate the proper amount of storage
  required by DXECPR for substitution variables.
