Error description

• The DB2 Administration tool GEN, DDL and LKEY line commands do
  not produce the correct results for objects which have hex
  limit keys resulting in DDL which have a VALUES clause like
  x''00' ( note the extra single quote at the front of the string
  ).
  This can result in an SQLCODEN104 -104 if the DDL is executed.
