Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool REVOKE command fails with a
  SQLCODE104 as the value PUBLIC* is used in the syntax
  rather than PUBLIC AT ALL LOCATIONS.

• Using the PROMPT feature to capture and edit the SQL amend
  the PUBLIC* to PUBLIC AT ALL LOCATIONS
