Error description

• CCF database command validation has been corrected to
  properly check the status of the main partition of a
  partitioned database.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: CCF is not properly performing command  *
  *                      validation when issuing a /STA DB       *
  *                      command against the main partition of   *
  *                      a partitioned database.                 *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  CCF is not properly performing command validation when issuing
  a /STA DB command against the main partition of a partitioned
  database.  In this case, CCF will always issue message CCF0488I
  with RC=99 even when the command is successful.

• CCF database command validation has been corrected to
  properly check the status of the main partition of a
  partitioned database.
