  This APAR fixes following problems which are found in test for
  PK18068.
   - HPIC Create Image Copy function ends with RC=8 when logical
     copy is attempted. Because HPIC mistakes the setting of a
     parameter required for the compression exit routine.
   - HPIC Create Image Copy function ends with RC=8 when FABJCMP2
     is used to compress an index database data set. HPIC should
     cancel the request of compression and continue the CRC
     process.
  

Problem conclusion

• FABJCRC1 has been modified to set the parameter required for the
  compression routine correctly. It has also been modified to
  continue a CRC process when FABJCMP2 is used to compress an
  index database data set.
  
  FABJMSGC has been modified to add messages which is issued when
  HPIC cancels FABJCMP2.
