PK26695: MSGADBC123E RC1012 DURING CONVERT STEP OF DROP CREATE FROM ADB27AC DURING ALC OPERATION USING NORMAL UNLOAD METHOD U

Error description

• In DB2 Administration Tool ALC operations that cause a
  drop / create scenario using normal DB2 UNLOAD method fail with
  msgadbc123e rc1012 from program adb27ac during convert step.

  Problem occurs when DB2 ptf UK13831 is applied, which adds a
  SORTKEYS num clause to the LOAD control statement in CNT file
  during UNLOAD step. Subsequently, adb27ac uses CNT file as input
  to convert step, and fails with adbc123e leaving an empty CNV
  output file from the conversion step.

  WSL RC processing fails to stop the job at convert step,
  subsequent LOAD step fails because of empty CNV file.

Local fix

• Remove SORTKEYS clause from LOAD control card generated by the
  UNLOAD utility, and restart the job.
