Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool panel ADB21SAR 'Create table space'
  does not allow the data entry to the SEGSIZE field when a
  TEMP database is specified in panel ADB26CS 'Create Table Space'
  This causes an issue when a non-4K bufferpool is specified as
  the segment size is 4.
  

Local fix

• Using PROMPT to capture the DDL before execution, change the
  DDL to include an appropriate SEGSIZE clause.
