• QM loop in CQMMEXCP at x'2D92', loop in CQMOREDC at x'116C7'
  range.
  
  Other symtoms include hung db2 thread after submitting workload
  has completed. Code has beed change to correct the problem.

Local fix

• This is caused by applications getting high volume of negative
  SQL codes in short timeframe.  A workaround is to not monitor
  applications that do this.
