Error description

• The "DEDB AREA STATUS LIST" is enhanced for user-recoverable
  DEDBs supported by IMS V8 APAR PQ80576 (PTFs are UQ83988
  /UQ83989) and IMS V9 APAR PQ83837 (PTF is UQ87046).

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *

  DFR will perform the same recovery as recoverable DEDBs for
  user-recoverable DEDBs.
  And DFR will show that DEDBs which should recover are user-
  recoverable by adding an "*" to the head of the AREA name in the
  "DEDB AREA STATUS LIST."

     the DEDB Area Status list describes the status of the
     areas after DEDB Fast Recover execution. The list
     provides the names of the available area data sets,
     the status of the area at the time when IMS failed,
     and the user actions required for each DEDB area.
     Figure 39 shows a sample DEDB Area Status list.
