APAR status

Error description

  • Cancelling Tread via CUA session causes the
CUA session to be terminated.


1. logon CUA
2. select LOCKS
3. zoom/select the thread
4. cancel the thread via GOTO(G)
5. The thread is cancelled OK.
6. The session terminates when PF12 is pressed.

Local fix

  • Cancel thread via Classic session or other options

THE SCREEN EXIT VALUES WERE NOT RESET, CAUSING EACH
NESTED SCREEN TO EXIT, ENDING WITH SESSION TERMINATION.

Problem conclusion

  • RESET THE SCREEN EXIT VALUES, THUS ALLOWING REDISPLAY OF
ORIGINAL NESTED SCREENS.
