Error description

• Using DB2 Administration Tool options z 2z 1 to examine DB2
  zparm values from DSNHDECP the Admin panel ADB2ZZMN displays
  a blank value for zparm ACCUMACC instead of pre-populating
  the correct value from DSNHDECP.

  Trying GEN command with a blank value for ACCUMACC results in:
  .
    "Value must be NO or within the range 2-65535"

• Provide a valid value for field ACCUMACC to continue.
