Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Message DSQ84565 is issued when users   *
  *                      try to add GRAPHIC data using the       *
  *                      QMF Table Editor.                       *
  ****************************************************************

  If a column with the GRAPHIC data type is defined with its
  default value defined as a null string, such as
  GRAPHIC(40) NOT NULL WITH DEFAULT G''
  and users try to insert GRAPHIC data using the QMF Table
  Editor, the error message is issued because the GRAPHIC
  data type with a fixed length was erroneously grouped with
  VARCHAR data types.
  
  DSQGDRCI has code that processes zero value length VARCHAR data
  types and issues the error message when it encounters the zero
  value length fixed GRAPHIC data type.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code was changed in DSQISDB2 and DSQISDB8 to ensure the
  proper flag in DXEORC is set for CHAR and GRAPHIC data types
  whose default value (DEFAULTVALUE in SYSIBM.SYSCOLUMNS)
  is a null string of zero length.
