PK24393: HPU UNLOAD OPTION ON PANEL ADB28M "MIGRATE PARAMETERS" RESULTS I N ABENDX22 FOR USER

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool MIG function "Unload Method" HPU
  causes TSO users to ABENDx22 as the CPU consumption is higher
  that if the "Unload Method" Unload is selected for database's
  with large number of tablespaces ( > 30 ).
  

Local fix

• Use the Unload option rather than the HPU option or increase the
  resource limit for the TSO users effected.
