Error description

  • The DB2 Administration Tool Migrate function panel ADB28M
"Migrate Parameters" "New database" field value is not applied
to the SQL created by the "Scope of migrate:Catalog statistics"
option.
Example:
A MIG of database Old_DB with a "New database" of New_DB and
"Scope of migrate:Catalog statistics" of YES builds SQL with
WHERE DBNAME = 'Old_DB' instead of WHERE DBNAME = 'New_DB'.

Local fix

  • Correct name manually.

applied to MIGRATE "CATALOG STATISTICS" SQL.

Problem conclusion
