PK24242: HOST VARIABLES NOT COLLECTED WHEN EXECUTING A QUERY ON A REMOTE DB2 SUBSYSTEM

Error description

• When executing a query on a remote DB2 subsystem, host variables
  are not collected.  This fix corrects the collection of the
  host variables and also prevents unnecessary memory
  utilization when these statements are processed by the
  data collector.
