APAR status

Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool MIG command produced SQL which
  failed with a SQLCODE117 when executed on a subsystem which
  was defined as DECIMAL POINT IS COMMA as a result of specifying
  "Catalog statistics" YES on panel ADB28M "Migrate Parameters".
  

Local fix

• Amend the SQL manually to follow DECIMAL POINT IS COMMA SQL
  syntax rules.
