Error description

• All HALDB DBD's generated have the 'PSNAME=' parameter,
  including the DBD's without PSNAME specified in the Data
  Dictionary. The DBD's with a PSNAME are correctly generated, the
  DBD's without a PSNAME are not.

Local fix

• The "PSNAME=" parameted must be manually removed from the DBD's
