Error description

• DB2 Administration Tool, during MIG command processing, is
  producing diagnostic data on the screen, even when DEBUG is
  turned off.  DISPLAYED:

  Diagnostic information appear to be coming from adb27sp even
  though all debug options are off and pk16012 fix is applied to
  adb27spc .
  

Local fix

• Modify ALLOC for ddname ADBDIAG found in adb27spc to include
  allocation units, like TRACKS . Problem not apparent on all
  customer environments, and appears to be related to BLKSIZE
  system default value. Adding TRACKS as allocation units to the
  following statement from adb27spc resolved customer allocation
  failure:
  ALLOC F(ADBDIAG) NEW DELETE RECFM(F B A) LRECL(133) SPACE(5 50)
    DSORG(PS) REUSE
