Error description

• In getting started manual it states:
  Migrate from the OMEGAMON Historical Reporter to the OMEGAMON XE
  for DB2 PE Reporter.
  
  
  This section provides hints on how to migrate from the OMEGAMON
  Historical Reporter to the OMEGAMON XE for DB2 PE Reporter
  component.
  
  The OMEGAMON Historical Reporter is no longer supported. Refer
  to the following description for migration hints.
  .
  However,  ICAT still creates the Archive datasets.
  In version 310, DD DUMMY should be used on the Near Term History
  Archive job to just reset the VSAM file without creating an
  Archive file.
