  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: HPIC V4R1 provides fixes that           *
  *                      correspond to following DRF APARs:      *

  *                      - APAR of DRF ICR (Incremental Image    *
  *                      Copy function)                          *
  *                         DRF V3 R1 : PK21934                  *
  *                         IMS V8    : PK20149                  *
  *                         IMS V9    : PK25750                  *
  *                                                              *
  *                      - APAR of DRF supports Stacked Image    *
  *                      Copy                                    *
  *                         DRF V3 R1 : PK25674                  *
  *                                                              *
  *                      This APAR also fixes HPIC problems.     *

  *                      - HPIC stack process generates an       *
  *                      invalid data set name, when ICHLQ=      *
  *                      keyword is specified in ICEIN           *
  *                      GROUP/IC/AIC/CIC/ACIC/CRC statement.    *

  HPIC V4R1 provides fixes that correspond to following DRF APARs:
  
  - APAR of DRF ICR (Incremental Image Copy function)
     DRF V3 R1 : PK21934
     IMS V8    : PK20149
     IMS V9    : PK25750
  
  - APAR of DRF supports Stacked Image Copy
     DRF V3 R1 : PK25674
  
  This APAR also fixes HPIC problems.
  
  - HPIC stack process generates an invalid data set name, when
  ICHLQ= keyword is specified in ICEIN GROUP/IC/AIC/CIC/ACIC/CRC
  statement.
  
  - Image copy function under DRF terminates with
  ABEND S0C4 ( ABEND0C4 ) in FABJDEMP, when DRF calls API function
  improperly as a result of an error.
  
  - FABJ0100E message text is printed improperly, when ICEIN
  control statement error occurrs in Image Copy function
  under DRF.

  FABJDRQS has been modified to receive stoptime from API and set
  to HPIC control block.

  and copy back to HPIC control block.
  
  FABJNTFI has been modified to create parameter block for DBRC
  command.
  
  FABJNTFS has been modified to build DBRC NOTIFY command of CIC
  and issue notify call.
  
  FABJINT3, FABJPRM3 and FABJGLRP have been modified to report
  Active Global Option report.
  
  FABJAPIM has been reassembled for FABJAPI.
  
  FABJDALO has been modified to allocate a output data set for
  stacking.
  
  FABJINT3 has been modified to determine a DD name for stack data
  set.
  
  FABJSAS1 has been modified to unallocate stack data set.
  
  FABJACQG has been modified to generate a valid data set name
  when ICHLQ= keyword specified in stack process.
  
  FABJPRM3 have been modified to print a correct message text of
  FABJ0100E.
  
  FABJTERM has been modified not to call FABJDEMP in DRF process.
