Error description

• This APAR fixes the following problems when you apply the
  IMS V9 APAR PQ98773 and specify DBALLAVOBE statement in
  DFSVSAMP:
  1.HP Load issues MSGHPSR3751E and ends with ABENDU3751 when
    processing HALDB/VSAM with HPIO=YES because HP Load cannot
    get the address of TIOT correctly.
  2.HP Load ends with ABENDU0091 when processing HALDB/OSAM with
    HPIO=YES.
  3.HP Load ends with ABEND0C2 when processing HALDB/OSAM with
    HPIO=NO.

  When the APAR PQ98773 is applied to IMS V9 and DBALLAVOBE
  statement is specified in DFSVSAMP, the following problems may
  occur:
   1.HP Load issues MSGHPSR3751E and ends with ABENDU3751 when
     processing HALDB/VSAM with HPIO=YES, because HP Load cannot
     get the address of TIOT correctly.
   2.HP Load ends with ABENDU0091 when processing HALDB/OSAM with
     HPIO=YES. HP Load should issue appropriate error message.
   3.HP Load ends with ABEND0C2 when processing HALDB/OSAM with
     HPIO=NO. HP Load should issue appropriate error message.
  

Problem conclusion

• HPSCIOIN is modified to get TIOT address by using GETDSAB macro.
  HPSROSAM is modified to issue appropriate messages when
  error returns from HPSRIODV macro.

  | HPSR3762E OSAM DATA SET OPEN FAILURE OCCURRED
  
  | Explanation: An error occurred while an OSAM data set was
  | being opened.
  | System Action: Module HPSROSAM issues a user 3762 abend and a
  | dump.
  
  | Programmer Response: If you specify DBALLABOVE in the DFSVSAMP
  | and the message IEC133I is also appeared in the joblog,
  | remove the specification of DBALLABOVE from the DFSVSAMP and
  | rerun the job. DBALLABOVE is not allowed for OSAM data base.
  
  | Problem Determination: None.
