Error description

• For the Admin Tool Presentation of the RUNSTATS FORCEROLLUP
  option on panel ADB2USRA it lacks an additional option of
  blank (" ") for FORCEROLLUP for nonpartitioned tablespaces. It
  is also unclear as to what the options should be in the help
  text.
  

Local fix

• For a non-partitioned tablespace, use a blank (" ") for the
  FORCEROLLUP value.
