Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool AL / RDEF job which uses a WSL and
  a "Space Unit" of CYL overestimates the sizing requirements of
  datasets.
  

Local fix

• Use TRK as the "Space unit" in panel ADB2UPA "Batch Job
  Utility Parameters".

Problem conclusion

• Allocations for loading a Tablespace were incorrect in a
  Worklist member.  The code has been changed so that Unit
  preference is used for space allocation in the load step
  of the Worklist member. The 'BLK' allocation quantity is
  not valid for Templates 'CYL' allocation is used in it's
  place.
