Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool CLONE WSL function produces a WSL
  which contains DDL with triple quoted column names e.g.:
  """column_name#"""
  when the original WSL contains a single quoted column names e.g:
  "column_name#".

Local fix

• Remove the extra quotation marks.
