Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool while adding a DECIMAL Column
  panel ADB21TAB "Alter Table" issues a message "Invalid value",
  with F1 showing "Enter one of the listed values" and the help
  panel containing an URL when the customer filled in the length
  and scale fields rather than the precision and scale fields.

  the  column  length  of  a decimal column is 'Enter one of the
  listed values'.
