Error description

• GetInRec ( Read IC record header)
  ---> RC=0
   --->  I/O error encountered !!
    ---> check R3 = '00' then Load DUMPHDRPTR from ICRECHDRPTR
     ---> Move DUMPHDRPTR to DHDR_LEVEL(1)
      --->DUMPHDRPTR address is not valid because of I/O error.
       ---> Abend0C4-11 occurred  !!!

   The DUMPHDRPTR address was already freed, then abend0C4-11
  occured.
  .
  In GetInRec procedure return code '00' was returned when read
  IC record header from tape, then tried to move the IC record
  header to work dump header(virtual storage), but Tape I/O error
  happened just after reading the IC record header. In this case,
  the I/O error handling did not work because of the return code
  '00' which is the direct cause of the abend0c4.

  DRF is changed to detect if the Image Copy DCB Abend Exit is
  driven after a GET call against the image copy.  If the Image
  Copy DCB Abend Exit returns a non-zero completion code, DRF will
  terminate with a MSGFRD4284E.
