• This APAR fixes some problems when you enable the
  "reorganization number validation" function provided by APAR
  PQ97357 (IMS V9) and PQ97356 (IMS V8).

  This is a preventive APAR for PQ97356 (IMS V8) and PQ97357
  (IMS V9).
  When reorganization verification is enabled, HP Load mishandles
  the REORG NUMBER in the following three cases:
  1. When PARTINIT=YES is specified and the reloaded partition is
     empty, the REORG NUMBER stored in the first bitmap of
     the first DSG is set to "1",
     and the REORG NUMBER stored in the RECON is increased two
     times.
  2. When you use the Load API function, the REORG NUMBER stored
     in the RECON is not increased.
  3. When HP Load is run under the IPR Driver and some of the
     reorganized partition is empty, the REORG NUMBER stored in
     the first bitmap of the first DSG is not increased. In order
     to fix this problem, the APAR PK22614 is also required for
     IMS High Performance Unload for OS/390 Version 1 Release 1.
  

Problem conclusion

• The modules HPSRAUL0, HPSRPSEL, and HPSRRLDM have been modified
  to handle the REORG NUMBER correctly.
