PK22639: SQLCODE104 MISSING BLANK AFTER COMMA OF LIMITKEY IN PANEL ADB21SAV ONLY FAILS WHEN COMMA IS DEFINED AS DECIMAL

Error description

• In DB2 Administration Tool an sqlcode104 can occur in a system
  where decimal is defined as comma. Problem found in Admin panel
  adb21sav where limitkey contains more than one value, and the
  limitkey value is numeric, but no space is provided between the
  comma value separator and the following limitkey value, i.e.
           5 '1999-06-01-00.00.00.000000',999999999
           6 '1999-07-01-00.00.00.000000',999999999
           7 '2000-01-01-00.00.00.000000',999999999
  Error message appears as:
   DSNT408I SQLCODE = -104, ERROR:  ILLEGAL SYMBOL ",999999999".

  .
  Additional symptoms: commas decimal sqlcoden104 multi column
  limitkeys

• Add the required blank while entering limitkey values.
