Error description

• ABEND0C4 RC04 in CQM data collector: CQM#DSPT + FBA. Other
  possible customer symptoms include ABEND18A in CQM#DSPT
  and ABEND0C3 in CQMMSTXT.
  This can occur while monitoring DB2 workload. Code has
  been changed to correct the abend.
