* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Plan and Package panels do not support  *
*                      the IMMEDWRITE Bind command parameter.  *

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

The BIND/REBIND PLAN/PACKAGE functions don't have IMMEDIATE
WRITE support.
