Error description

• The DB2 Object Comparision Tool created JCL for a REORG utility
  with a missing SYSDISC DD CARD when processing a change which
  resulted in a limit key change of the last partition of a LARGE
  tablespace. The REORG step fails RC=08 with the message:
  DSNU047I    DSNURULD - A REQUIRED DD CARD OR TEMPLATE IS
  MISSING. NAME=SYSDISC
  

Local fix

• Add the SYSDISC DD CARD manually.
