length correctly (DEDB AREA ANALYSIS REPORTS).

    * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR. *
    ****************************************************************
OPC writes the output data sets that are different from them
    that FPB DEDB PC does.

The succedding FABADA5 outputs the following incorrect reports.
    1. Does not report the fixed length segment on DB RECORD
       PROFILE ANALYSIS REPORT.
    2. Does not report %USABLE FREESPACE values of RAA, DOVF and
       IOVF on FREESPACE ANALYSIS (OVERVIEW).

OPC sets the following incorrect values of the output data sets.
    3. The LENGTH= parameters of SORT12 and SORT3CS sort card files.
    4. The PCL flag of DA13SO record file.
    5. The available IOVF CIs of DAR13SO file.
    6. The flag of 2K year of DAR13SO file.

Problem conclusion

  • OPC has modified to solve the above problems.

    1. "DB RECORD PROFILE ANALYSIS REPORT" reports the minimum of
the "DEFINED LENGTH" as a "*" mark when the segment is the fixed
    length.
