  *                      to loop after /STA AREA against SVSO    *
  *                      areas in the XRF active IMS.            *
  *                      2. Incorrect residual flags             *
  *                      (DMACFLG0,DMACS1ER) and (DMACFLG0,      *
  *                      DMACS2ER) cause SVSO structure to not   *
  *                      be allocated in a data sharing          *
  *                      environment.                            *
  *                      3. SVSO structure status inconsistence  *
  *                      between XRF active and alternate after  *
  *                      structure in error followed by /VUN     *
  *                      area and /STA area commands.            *

  - PK22017 for IMS DEDB Fast Recovery
  These garbage flags were carried from very old IMS, at which
  this field was used for other purpose. In case of non-VSO AREA,
  these flags are cleared at AREA open time. In case of SAS with
  dual structure, these flags are cleared when IMS successfully
  connects both structures. For SAS with single structure case,
  these flags can be remained as garbage because these flags are
  not used.
