Error description

• Fixes
  - Increase value for DBRC TERM timeout hang detection.
  - Fixed incorrect DBRC timestamps when leap seconds used.
  - Support USID in log records, NOTIFY IC & ALLOC.
  - Provide RECDCT, UNIT & FILESEQ on NOTIFY.IC.
  - Fix incorrect DSSN after restart.
  - Fix STOSYNC RC=8 when DBD not genned to online system.
  - Suppress duplicate data capture log records during ORF apply.
  - Do not issue STA DB if the DB was stopped on an IMS system
    when ORF job was started.
  - Reduce size of ORF user log records (XCF buffer shortage,
    logging overhead).
  - Correct LASTREC value in NOTIFY.PRILOG commands.
  - When using HRFLKPPU to combine ORF & TOSI into single library,
    TOSI does not initialize.
  - Open failure during copy if input KSDS has not been created.
    Handle as empty file.
  - Restart of job for index DBD abends because DBD not in
    prohibit auth state.
  - Do not allow HISAM DBDs with non-unique segments for REORG
    function.
  - Fixed U3933 abend in HPIC  with more than 20 partition
    HALDB.

  - XTIOT support for extremely large number of partitions.
  - Exit routine that runs under DFSERA10 to format ORF user log
    records.
  - Added support for RELOAD.SORT parameter to have HP Load invoke
    physical sort before reloading data. Added support for
    RELOAD.OADSPR parameter to reduce data space usage during
    reload.
  - Added PRERES.xxxx keywords to control HP Prefix Resolution

• This APAR is fixing the following known problems:
