Error description

• The DB2 Administration tool ALC command does not include the
  work statement list name in the TEMPLATE DSN when the FORCE
  option is used in the "Optional steps after redefinition"
  on panel ADB27A "DB2 Admin ALTER".

Problem conclusion

• When running without an ISPF profile member,  the variable
  adb27wln is set to CHECK. ADB27A EXEC has been modified to
  fix the middle quailier. The problem has been corrected.
