PK21906: LOOP CAN OCCUR IN THE CQM ISPF INTERFACE WHEN STARTING THE PRODUCT

Error description

• A loop can occur when the CQM ispf interface is started if the
  required level of FEC common code (FMID H25F132)  r132
  maintenance is not applied.
  
  This fix will a message to be displayed when the required level
  of FEC common code maintenance has not been applied.
  
  You can find current maintenance, which is updated at the
  beginning of the month, at the DB2 and IMS Tools Support website
  online at:

Local fix

• Apply FEC r132 maintenance up to and including PTF UK12216.
