APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• ABEND0C4 in module CQMMHSTV.  This can occur when a large
  number of exceptions along with host variables are collected.

  Other Symptoms:  ABENDS0C4  0C4
  

Local fix

• Reduce the amount of exceptions collected and verify the QM
  address space is prioritized at least at the level of DB2.
