  it possible for HP Load to determine whether the physical
  sequential sort processing (PSSR) is needed before loading.

  This APAR provides a functional enhancement:
  
   New fields are added to the particular records to support
   a new function provided by HP Load APAR PK21494.
   The records are written to the unload data set
   when CHECKREC=YES is specified in FABHURG1 unload utility
   and IPR Unload utility. For HALDB, the particular record
   for each partition is added.
  
  The following fixes are also included:
   1. The FABH0388E message is not shown for NEON PDB with IMSV9:
   FABH0388E UNSUPPORTED DBD: IMS/ESA PARTITION SUPPORT PRODUCT
  
   2. The error message FABH0258E is shown only in FABHURG1
   UNLOAD PARAMETERS report and it is not easy to catch
   the cause of ABENDU4013. This will be shown as a WTO message.
  
  HP Unload utilities (FABHURG1 and FABHFSU) do not support
  NEON Partitioned DB.

  modified as to check whether the DMB control block is built
  for NEON PDB before checking the AMP control blocks.
