Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool VALIDATE WSL job fails RC=08 with
  a message
  Error processing Table @CSDPH3.TESTTAB in a ALTER DROP FOREIGN
  KEY statement:Object and foreign key must exist
  when the WSL contains a DROP FOREIGN KEY statement.
  
  The actual execution of the WSL is not effected and successfully
  completes the DROP FOREIGN KEY with a SQLCODE of +0.

• Ignore the warning.
