APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The problem is with the initialization of the HISTORY and EVENTS
  dataset by the Omegamon XE/PE PESERVER. If the HISTORY and
  EVENTS datasets are allocated with jcl RKD2SAM(OMDDssid), the
  PESERVER issues an OPEN error as follows.

  The Abend S0C4 for module FPEUFUDA rc=00000010 occurs. On
  subsequent restart of Omegamon XE/PE server the OPEN error is
  not issued but the
  following error is displayed:
  FPEV0519S  DB2Z ERROR OCCURRED DURING HISTORY INDEX
             INITIALIZATION
  FPEV0505W  DB2Z HISTORY MANAGER NOT COLLECTING DATA
  FPEV0508I  DB2Z HISTORY MANAGER TASK ENDED
  
  Additional symptom: the following message is seen immediately
  before the abend.
  FPEU0101S INTERNAL ERROR IN MODULE DGOMEXA0, CODE=1, DIAGNOSTIC
            DATA=CREATE LISTS FAILED
  

Local fix

• The work around is to delete HISTORY and EVENTS datasets. Then
  set the following in RKD2PAR(OMPEssid) SNAPSHOTHISTORY=Y
  SHDATASETSIZE=48
