PK20990: INCORROUT FOR DFHTU410 JOB WITH TERMID SELECTIVE TRACE OPTION

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• 564805400
  Customer runs DFHTU410 job with trace selection of TERMID and
  no output is produced even though full trace shows attach trace
  entries involving the spcified termid. The problem is due to
  DFHTRFFE not checking for AP 1790 TFXM trace entry. DFHTRFFE
  is still checking for old trace entry AP 1730 TFBF only and
  needs to be updated to also check for AP 1790.

  The Auxiliary Trace print program (DFHTU410) allows for
  selection by terminal id (TERMID=xxxx), which worked in previous
  releases by examining the DATA2 portion of the trace entries
  produced on entry (AP1730) and exit (AP1731) to and from
  DFHZSUP.
  
  However with this release of CICS there is a new attach program
  for transaction type DFHTFXM.  DFHTFXM has its own entry and
  exit trace points of AP 1790 and AP 1791 respectively.
  DFHTU410 does not recognize these new trace points and therefore
  the selection by TERMID=xxxx fails to work.
  

Problem conclusion

• The Offline Trace Formatting program DFHTRFFE has been amended
  to check trace entries AP1790 and AP1791 when selecting by
  TERMID.
