  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: HP Load terminates with ABEND0C4 when   *
  *                      all of the following conditions are     *
  *                      satisfied:                              *
  *                      1. Processing an OSAM DB.               *
  *                      2. HPIO driver is used. (default)       *
  *                      3. NCP parameter is specified for the   *
  *                         database DD, and the value is less   *
  *                         than that HP Load translates         *
  *                         internally.                          *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
  ****************************************************************
  HP Load terminates with ABEND0C4 when all of the following
  conditions are satisfied:
  1. Processing an OSAM DB.
  2. HPIO driver is used. (default)
  3. NCP parameter is specified for the database DD, and the value
     is less than that HP Load translates internally.
  
  HP Load uses the translated value during the process of HPIO
  buffer initialization. While on the other hand, it uses the
  value of NCP parameter specified for the database DD in
  controlling these buffers under these conditions. Such an
  inconsistency causes the ABEND0C4.
  

Problem conclusion

• The module HPSROSAM has been modified so that HP Load does not
  use the value of NCP parameter specified for the database DD in
  controlling HPIO buffers.
