Error description

  • When a NULL command code is coded in the SSA for a GU call on
a HALDB root segment, FABH0356E is issued:

 FABH0356E COMMAND CODE IS NOT SUPPORTED FOR HALDB DB:
DBD=dbdname

* RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
****************************************************************
When a NULL ('*-') command code is coded in the SSA for
a GU call on a HALDB root segment, HSSR Engine issues
FABH0356E ( MSGFABH0356E ) and ABENDU4013.

  FABH0356E COMMAND CODE IS NOT SUPPORTED FOR HALDB DB:
            DBD=dbdname

HSSR Engine will reject command codes except for NULL command
code in APISET 1 or 2, and it will accept NULL command code.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • The module FABH002 has been modified to allow a NULL command
code for a GU call on a HALDB.
