Error description

• In DB2 Administration Tool MIG primary command to migrate more
  than 13 tablespaces results in msgispf107 with error messages
  similar to the following:

  Function : ADB28M, LINE 2157: FTINCL ADB28UL
  Retcode  : 20
  .
  Zerrmsg  : ISPF107
  Zerrsm   : Control word error
  Zerrlm   : Invalid control word parameter, ADB2UCUS record-56
  .
  Error occurs on z/OS levels below 1.7, but does not appear to
  occur on higher z/OS levels.
  .
  Additional symptoms: rc20
  

Local fix

• Edit exec adb28m member of sadbexec, find gentabs:
  then find the return statement at the end of the routine. Just
  prior to the return is an end statement (ending a do). Between
  the end statement and the return statement, insert the following
  line:
  w = ''
