Error description

• Forward fit of PK12571 (V1).  ABENDS0C9 occurs when reloading
  a large DB with HP Load.  This APAR also includes miscellaneous
  fixes.

  This APAR fixes the following problems:
  1. The ABEND0C9 occurs in the division process for calculating
     "NONFREE SPACE (%)" that reported in the SEGMENT STATISTICS
     report when processing a large DB. Because overflow occurs
     in calculating the total number of bytes occupied by the
     database segments.
  2. The ABENDU3643 occurs after the message HPSR3643E when
     processing PHDAM and the area used for controlling
     dataspace name is getmained again in processing the next
     partition.
  3. The message DFS047A is issued and the reorganization record
     is not notified to DBRC when the HALDB online reorganization
     cursor is active.
  4. The value of CHKUPDT control statement in FRRIN is handled
     incorrectly when CHKUPDT=(YES,WARN) is specified as the
     installation default option and the value is overriden by the
     parameter specified in the FRRIN.
  

Problem conclusion

• HP Load has been modified as follows:
  1. HPSRHRPT and HPSRRPRT have been modified to calculate
     "NONFREE SPACE (%)" correctly.
  2. HPSRRLDM has been modified to initialize the area used for
     controlling dataspace name in processing each partition.
  3. HPSRRLDM has been modified to issue NOTIFY.REORG
     command after reloading process has finished for all
     partitions.
  4. HPSRRRIN has been modified to handle CHKUPDT control
     statement correctly.
