  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR will add several enhancements *
  *                      to the IMS HP Sysgen Tool.              *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  The following enhancements will be added via this APAR:
  1. Provide enhancement allowing an alternate MODBLKS/MATRIX
     data set name that will be updated by any Resource
     Update List installs.
  2. Provide enhancement allowing updates to IMS MATRIX
     TCOMMAND / CTRANS security to allow changes to
     Transaction Command Authorization in a Resource Update List.
  3. Provide enhancement allowing updates to IMS MATRIX Terminal
     Security in a Resource Update List.
  4. Provide enhancement allowing updates to IMS MATRIX AGN
     definitions in a Resource Update List.
  5. Provide enhancement allowing an IMS command to be issued
     as part of a Resource Update List installation.
  6. Provide enhancement allowing a PSB or DBD to be reloaded
     from ACBLIB as part of a Resource Update List.
  7. Correct error ISPP100 Panel IOHEDIT0 not found when an
     invalid command is entered on the Resource Update List
     Insert entry screen.
  8. Compress output library when ABENDB37, ABENDD37 or
     ABENDE37 occur during STOW for member.
  9. Enhance Batch Fastgen process to allow the user to specify
     TARGET=() to allow a batch syntax check.
  10. Correct ABEND0C1 in IOHXRMTX when using the ISPF Reverse
      Matrix function.
  11. Log changes introduced using the ZAP feature.
