Error description

• When using FASTIC, HPIC gets an unexpected S0C4 abend for
  load module even if the load module exists in the STEPLIB

  This APAR includes fixes for following HPIC V4R1 problems:
  
  1 FASTIC process of Image Copy function issued message
    IEC909I 212-03 ( MSGIEC909I RC03 ) and FABJ4292E
    ( MSGFABJ4292E ), then terminates with ABEND S0C4
    ( ABEND0C4 ), ABEND S212 ( ABEND212 ) and ABEND U3933
    ( ABENDU3933 ), when HPIC uses Load macro in module FABJDFCN.
    Because HPIC updates the DEB area of JOBLIB, HPIC gets an
    unexpected S0C4 abend for fetching load module even if the
    load module exists in the STEPLIB library.
  
  2 FASTIC=(,DUMP) process of Concurrent Image Copy function
    ignores DEDBPC=Y, issues message FABJ4021W ( MSGFABJ4021W )
    and continues the process without the DEDB HASH check.
  

Problem conclusion

• FABJDFCN has been modified not to turn off APF flag of JOBLIB's
  DEB area.
  
  FABJFCDN has been modified to be able to invoke the DEDB HASH
  check under FASTIC=(,DUMP) process of CIC function.
  
  - The following modules have been reassembled.
    FABJDFC7, FABJDFC8, FABJDFC9, FABJFCD7, FABJFCD8, FABJFCD9
