  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The service level of the                *
  *                      OMEGAMON Server is:                     *
  *                      FPEV0000I  DATA SERVER INITIALIZATION   *
  *                      FPEV0114I  PTF BUILD IS 06.045          *
  *                                                              *
  *                      This PTF includes updates to the Per-   *
  *                      formance Expert Agent for DB2 Connect   *
  *                      Monitoring code level E184/V22.         *
  *                      After PTF install, inform the user to   *
  *                      update the Performance Expert Agent for *
  *                      DB2 Connect Monitoring as follow:       *
  *                      Update the new version manually as      *
  *                      described in "Chapter 4. Installing and *
  *                      configuring optional components" in     *
  *                      Configuration and Customization Guide   *
  *                      (GC18-9637).                            *

  *                      When a DB2 PE AGENT runs on a DB2       *
  *                      CONNECT Gateway and the corresponding   *
  *                      user id is not authorized to issue      *
  *                      get snapshot commands and the DB2       *
  *                      Agent reports the error condition to    *
  *                      the OMEGAMON Server an ABEND 0C4 will   *
  *                      occur if display of DB2 Connect data    *
  *                      is requested via an OMEGAMON user       *
  *                      interface.                              *

  * RECOMMENDATION: APPLY the PTF                                *
  ****************************************************************
  When the PE Agent reports an error condition to the OMEGAMON
  server the PE Agent builds a correct error telgram and sends it
  to the OMEGAMON Server. The Server handles the error telegram
  and returns display requests from the OMEGAMON user interface
  without data.
